Cancellation
The package can be canceled 48 hours and beyond the reservation date. If canceled within 48 hours, the entire deposit is retained.
If the reservation is made within 48 hours before the arrival of our customers, then they will be asked a guarantee with a credit card number and a phone number or an email confirmation.
