Cancellation
The package can be canceled 72 hours and beyond the reservation date. If canceled within 72 hours, the entire deposit is retained.
If the reservation is made within 72 hours before the arrival of our customers, then they will be asked a guarantee as a credit card number with a telephone number or an email confirmation.
